1.Get up early in the Morning
Try to get up at 4 O clock in the morning. if you are in habit of getting up late so start from 10 minutes early daily, and after 6 days it will become 1 hour. if you are unable to get up at 4 am so can be 4 am- 5 am. but it will be better if you get up at 4 am. because in Brahma muhurta a lot of positive energy and waves in the environment. your body charged up within the energy called prana Vayu. you can see Birds get up early and fly in the sky early morning.
Even birds and animal knows about the secret of health we are human so we have to do this to be a healthy and happy life.

2. Take lukewarm water
Take lukewarm water and then get fresh up after getting fresh. Use copper container for water . if put water at yesternight for today it will be good. Wash your eyes with copper container water.

3. Do Exercize or Asanas
Do Exercise and asanas, firstly warm your body till sweat. then start asanas it will give good results to you. For the warm-up, you can do jogging, Surya namaskar.

4. Do Pranayama
Pranayama is very important for our body it is also 4rth limb of Ashtanga yoga given by maharishi Patanjali. Anulom vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhrastika ,bhramari is basic for our daily routine. pranayama boosts the power of the lungs and injects oxygen throughout all cells of our body.

5. Do Meditation:-
Meditation is best things for our mind/ brain it boost the immunity system of your brain. our thoughts consume more energy than we work daily . by doing meditation we can get more concentration towards goals and get positive energy which is also good for our health system. body needs is physical exercize and mind need is meditation. we will get peace and freshness throughtout the day if we give at least 1 hour for ourselves. now the question is how to do meditation so just focus on your body part one by one and move to next. for more details about meditation click here.

5. Take Bath :-
After 1 hour of meditation, you can take bath. in this time you can water the plants and see the plant and their flowers and leaves it will be better for your eyes. if you don’t have plants you can buy flowerpot and medicinal plants also like tulsi (basil), Aloe vera. pudina(mint), giloy, etc for more detail click here

6. Take Some Sprouts:
Sprouts are very good for our health in sprout you can take gram(black chana), mung bean, Fenugreek(Methi dana). for sprout, you can use a pot and fill water and put seeds of the above things separately, do not use more water.

7. Take more salads:-
Salads are naturals source of fiber. salad is also good for weight control. it is also protect your skin. glow on face. before lunch plate we should take the plate of salad.

8. Take Lunch:-
Dont try to eat more than you need it will also generate excess fat in your body. workout is needed to burn the fat. take as per your body need not as per taste. some people take more if food is tasty. don’t do it control your tongue.
after lunch walk or sit in vajrasana.

9. Don’t Sleep in a day:-
Sleeping in day is not good for health be busy in your work. find passion for yourself what you like to do read great people books. biographies, about meditation and growth , motivation books.

10. Take dinner between 6 pm to 8 pm :-
According to Ayurveda evening food (dinner) best dinner timing between 6 pm to 8 pm. you should have dinner at least 3 hours before sleep then it will digest properly dinner should be light as compared to lunch. For dinner, we should take boiled vegetables and chapati.

11. Brush your teeth before sleep:-
You must brush your teeth before sleeping it will protect you from dental issue. and you feel better in sleeping.

12. Sleep till 10 pm at night:-
Sleep till 10 O clock is good so you can get up early in the morning and take advantage of Braham muhurta free of cost. it is a priceless thing only who can feel who get up early in the morning.

Follow these above things in your daily routine you will surely find change in a week and in 1 month you will feel a confidence in yourself. the whole day you will be in special Anand(joy) without any external cause it comes from inside. try from today and continue till 21 days then it comes in your habit and you will do it next by yourself because you have felt about it now.
